Golf at Le Maitre

Opened in Summer 2001. The original plans were drawn up as a Fred Couples & Gene Bates design and the completion of the course was given to Cooke-Huxam International. In 2001, Le Maitre was named best new enterprise in the Tremblant region and received best new course in Quebec. Then it was voted Best New Canadian Course for 2002 by Golf Digest.
The ¨La Diable¨ River runs throughout this magnificent course and is a welcome view as you traverse the property. The 260 acres of land are put to full use at Le Maitre, but you never have the feeling that you’ve gone very far from the clubhouse.
The course has 9 elevated tees that just amplify the majestic rugged region of Mont-Tremblant and all of its beauty. The greens are generally pretty wide and present a fair challenge to all. There are 56 white sand bunkers and each one presents its own challenge. As well , 9 holes out of 18 have water coming into play but it never asks for out of the ordinary shots to be made.
There’s no signature hole at Le Maitre but rather a variety of holes that will enchant you all day long. A visit in Tremblant will convince you. All the others have to try and follow the master:Le maitre.
Purchase of a Townhome at LeMaitre includes one Platinum LeMaitre Clublink membership which allows access to over 30 Clublink courses & Resorts throughout Quebec and Ontario, plus family access to the Le Maitre club's facilities.
Le Maitre is a Par 72 / 7,069 yards course and it is members only - not open to the public.
