If you have a strong idea of what you want - excellent! We can work with you to develop your vision to a functionally effective and ergonomic layout, which is aesthetically pleasing, a house you'll be proud of, and which maximises your location and investment in land and building.
Alternatively, you may not as yet have a fixed vision of your dream home - in which case a consultation with us to understand your lifestyle needs combined with a tour to view neighbouring properties for inspiration and we are confident that you will soon have a design to excite you.
In order to provide you with budgetary confidence we can offer construction of this on a fixed price basis. Additionally, if other demands limit your involvement, we can deliver the house construction on a turnkey basis where we provide additional services, ranging from us organising installation of satellite TV reception to us providing a a full interior design service providing you with moodboards so that you can verify the colour schemes and finishes before interior and exterior decoration.

Initial Survey **
Involving our construction partner prior to purchasing a plot of land may be worthwhile if there is a risk that the plot presents potential construction challenges such as accessibility or substrate issues. Therefore the standard model prices quoted on this website are subject to a survey of your plot to advice you on ease of construction.
