Established Rental Operator

When you purchase a property at Ogilvy lakes, you get more than a vacation home, you are also able to have the property marketed, rented and maintained by a well established rental operator who has achieved strong performance to date.

Marketing & Reservations

Property buyers at Ogilvy Lakes will benefit from the established marketing, corporate relationships, repeat customers and in-house expertise of Vivaldi Resorts the developer of Ogilvy Lakes and the operator of their prior development Blueberry Lakes.

Rental Guarantee Scheme

A rental guarantee option is available, if taken then during the term of the guarantee (normally 1 year however the current special offer extends this to 5 years), if the annual gross rental revenue achieved by a property is less than 7% of the purchase price (not including furniture) then Ogilvy Lakes will make up the difference between that figure and the rental revenue achieved. If the figure is greater than 7% of the purchase price, Ogilvy Lakes will be entitled to retain the additional revenue.

Independent Rental

Owners at Ogilvy Lakes are not obliged to rent their property through Ogilvy Lakes. The owner is free to enter into a rental agreement with any other letting or management company and in this case any incentives or guarantees would be negotiated directly with this company and the Ogilvy Lakes rental guarantee would not be available.

Independent Marketing

Owners who agree to have Ogilvy Lakes manage the rental of their property are still free to market or promote their own properties and will receive the benefit of doing so.

Rental Management

Properties within the Ogilvy Lakes rental pool will be divided into 6 categories based on Lodge model and location. The software they use balances occupancy (and therefore wear & tear) and rental income within each of these categories. Ogilvy Lakes rental programme also provides all reception and customer services to provide rental guests with an effective resort experience and they collect all amounts payable in connection with the rental of the unit and provide owner's revenue statements and pay the owner the net rental revenue.

Property Management & Housekeeping

When participating in the rental agreement, Ogilvy Lakes manage the care of the property including providing professional housekeeping services for owners and rental guests.
