If you have a strong idea of what you want - excellent! We can work with you to develop your vision to a functionally effective and ergonomic layout, which is aesthetically pleasing, a house you'll be proud of, and which maximises your location and investment in land and building.

Alternatively, you may not as yet have a fixed vision of your dream home - in which case a consultation with us to understand your lifestyle needs combined with a tour to view neighbouring properties for inspiration and we are confident that you will soon have a design to excite you.

In order to provide you with budgetary confidence we can offer construction of this on a fixed price basis. Additionally, if other demands limit your involvement, we can deliver the house construction on a turnkey basis where we provide additional services, ranging from us organising installation of satellite TV reception to us providing a a full interior design service providing you with moodboards so that you can verify the colour schemes and finishes before interior and exterior decoration.

The process starts with a discussion. We need to understand your requirements, your budget and the location for the house construction - we will then work with you to develop a design that is just right for you from which we can develop a very detailed costing. Whether you choose to have us build the house for you on a cost-plus or fixed-cost basis, this design and costing will provide a solid platform from which to start construction. Engaging us to produce this design and a quotation is entirely free of obligation, but of course we do charge a small fee of $1000 for this initial design consultation process.

Then if you choose to engage us to build the house we have designed together, we will enter into a contract, which includes construction with a staged payment plan so that you pay for work (both materials and services) when satisfactorily completed.

We have a substantial network of subcontractors, all expert in their respective fields including carpenters, electricians, excavation, basements, concrete-work, stone masons, roofing specialist, joist manufacturers, heating and ventilation etc, etc. Subcontractors who we know from experience are proud of the quality of their work, proud of the professionalism of their services and fair value for money.

Our approach to construction is to build your house right-first-time, good quality, to schedule and within the cost-plus or fixed price budget we have committed to. This is only possible if we work together at the design stage to ensure we have developed the design that you love that will suit your lifestyle and works practically. Therefore we believe it is vital to work together at this stage so that we have developed and perfected a vivid vision of the house once it is built.
