The Point - A Playground on the Lake - Residents Only

Built on the former site of a monastery; the point is a natural gathering place offering exclusive services reserved for residents only. It has undoubtedly one of the most breathtaking panoramas in the area. This 100,000ft² playground offers numerous activities for all the family including:

Fraternite sur Lac Village

Open to visitors and residents alike, the village will offer all of the comforts of civilisation without any of the headaches. This is a permanently rush-hour free zone.

Need supplies ? - The general store and wine shop offer convenience, and if you do not feel like cooking then you can enjoy a great meal and spectacular lake front views at the cafe, restaurant or winebar. Also arranged around the vibrant pedestrian piazza is the sports supply and equipment rental store to help you gear up for any activity.

You never forget an afternoon on the lake

Swim and frolic in the lake, or explore the lake using a boat from the boat house or contemplate nature along the lake shore - the stuff of memories

The Green River

The Green River offers a one and a half kilometre woodland stroll which flows through the community down to the village, point and lake. Along the way, deer, moose and owls are just some of the natural neighbours you may encounter. It is a commitment to sustainable development and landscape preservation.
